 OK, [attachment:22044.7-rtl.diff] is rubbish. I realized if we want to
 make it true to the others the sub-sub menus need to be on the left edge
 of the sub menus. We can do this with positioning I guess but it seems a
 little overkill. The other option of course, is to allow the sub-sub menu
 to open to the right just as happens in LTR.

 Thoughts?
