 Enqueue the `wp-color-picker` script and style, and then run the
 `wpColorPicker` method on a text input like `jQuery('.my-text-
 input').wpColorPicker();`

 If you're working in the Customizer, just use the built-in color control,
 which now defaults to the new color picker.

 More docs will come, but that should get you started.
