Comment:

 I'm encountering some buggy collapsing/reopening.

 1. Expand the background image section.
 2. Expand the background image control so that the dropzone is visible.
 3. Switch away from the window to locate a file (with the intent to
 drag/drop).
 3. The background image control closes, hiding the dropzone.
