 iris-picker-18.diff:

 * builds on iris-picker-16.diff
 * now has a nice, non-eye-searing ROYGBV default palette
 * you can use a custom palette when calling the `.wpColorPicker' method by
 suppling a `palettes` arg with an array of colors
 * renames the `default_color` method to `defaultColor` to maintain
 internally consistent naming styles

 Based on user testing and feedback in #wordpress-ui, I think this is ready
 to land and fix.
