 A couple of notes for 21019.3.diff​:

 - I ran all images through ImageOptim.
 - I forced rss.png to display rss-2x.png all of the time (instead of
 having to add CSS into the theme).  2x version looks fine sized down on
 non-retina display.
 - RE: smaller yellow stars - @azaozz, I tried this with a couple of
 different sizes, and could never get it to look right on retina.  Leaving
 the yellow star full size would be my recommendation (as it looks sharp,
 and doesn't result in any weirdness).
