Comment:

 Re-opening this for a few style things I am noticing.

 1. The section headers end up with big blue focus styles in addition to
 the dark gray, which is overload. Hiding the blue focus style seems good.

 2. Is there a need to give the "You are previewing" section the dark gray?
 In this case, the blue focus style seems sufficient.

 3. Some footer-related CSS snuck into [22400].
