 [attachment:16379.12.diff] fixes a couple of notices on options-reading,
 adds some spacing on the sprintf's and switches single for double quoting
 in the edit-form-advanced message.

 We should also maybe look at an informative message on the page set as
 static front page. It doesn't have the same caveats that latest posts page
 does but it still might help reinforce what's going on.
