 I don't think that this is a valid assumption. The ''Loop'' may be
 replaced, but `$post->post_content` itself can still be output directly.
 (And I don't think the use case in which a Theme does so is trivial, since
 it is a simple way to allow for user customization of the Front Page and
 the Blog Posts Index.)
