 I hadn't considered that.  To be honest, I could easily be convinced to
 remove all tweaks to that page (leave it the way it is in 3.4).
 Alternatively, we could leave the editor visible by default, and still
 show the message - calling the message from a hook, so it could be turned
 off?  Do you think having the message there is helpful?
