 I have several sites where I have used the editable area on this page to
 provide content that can be displayed at the top of the post archive
 template.

 Should that functionality be removed? I could envisage that other users
 may have also done similar things.

 If so then I would like it to be easily hook-able to add back in the
 editor and potentially remove the message at the top.
