 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Log in to a site with existing links, running the latest version of
 Trunk.
 2. Go to Links > Add New
 3. Try creating a new Link category via the "+ Add New category" link
   * The Link category is not created
   * A new "Add" button appears below your existing Link categories (see
 attached screenshot)
