 I agree with ciantic - I think most important is to have any styles at all
 in core instead of having all plugins define their own styles and it would
 be great to have this be part of WordPress 3.4 if that is still possible.

 If the suggested style can't be completed in time then I would suggest
 adding one of the default jQuery UI styles as that's still better than
 each plugin doing their own thing.

 Would be great with a status update on this - what's the next step? What
 needs to be done to make this happen? What help is there a need for?
