Comment:

 This is still broken. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Visit the theme customizer and change some settings if you feel like
 it.
  3. Click a link to another page on the site.
  4. Click 'Return to Manage Themes'.

 You'll simply be taken back a page in your browser's history instead of
 being taken back to the theme customizer.
