 One of my articles in February 2012 has the title "□□□□□□□□□: 0 □□□□□□□□".
 I know, I should use a better title, but WordPress '''should''' be able to
 process it.

 My permalink structure looks as follows:
 ''/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/''

 Now the automatically generated permalink for the aforementioned article
 is [http://tuxproject.de/blog/2012/02/0/] which leads to 2012/02 archives
 but not to the single article. There is no way to access the article
 directly.

 I presume this is a major bug in WordPress's permalink generator.
