 Yes you could say that, except that Chinese punctuation marks do not need
 to be removed anymore.  Do you want me to submit a new version (counting
 Chinese punctuation marks and also better variable naming) of
 [http://i18n.svn.wordpress.org/zh_CN/branches/3.3/dist/wp-
 content/languages/zh_CN-word-count.dev.js this], without Japanese support?
