 Please understand that I am trying to solve a particular problem: the
 patch [attachment:8759.diff] does not work for Chinese.

 Needless to say, what needs to be done for the Chinese team is to make
 word-count.js count Latin part by words, not characters.
 [attachment:8759.diff] and [attachment:8759.2.diff] indeed solve the
 problem the Japanese team is facing, but it does not work for Chinese.
