 This issue can be found when using Minimum font size accessibility
 settings in Firefox, instead of the Zoom settings.

 * When editor-style.css defines a specific font size, the text in the
 visual editor cannot be made smaller than this font size.
 * If I set the default font size to a bigger value than the one set in
 editor-style.css, it works.

 Could we change this, so that all contents in the dashboard always fit the
 minimum font size defined in FF, whether that size is a small value or a
 big one?
