Comment:

 I have to reopen, because this solution is good for loading frontend
 strings, but very bad for administration. For localized versions there is
 huge increase of loaded strings in administration (cca + 10 %). Please see
 my comment here: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/19831#comment:14

 Localized versions had sometimes issues with 32 MB memory_limit and now it
 will be even worse... This should be solved before string freeze.
