Comment:

 `type=email` will be validated different in various browsers. See
 http://jsfiddle.net/nimbu/hqrzK/ for a test with IDN domains: Works in
 Opera, fails in Chrome (17.0.963.78 m) and Firefox (10.0.2). May not be
 backwards compatible or not compatible with plugins that override email
 validation.
