 Don't be so sensitive about the "155" , In short joostdevalk mean is
 :[[BR]]
 Most of WordPress users use the tagline option for just 10 or less words
 and this is     doesn't enough to create a complete description meta tag .

 Another point is the duplicate description meta , it is mean the same
 description for many pages like home sub-pages , taxnomy archive ... etc
