 There's a great chance I'm wrong on this, but it doesn't seem like it.

 At http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-includes/link-
 template.php#L1120, we're internationalizing 'and', so Spanish developers
 would see 'y' instead of 'and' - when in deprecated development practice,
 they would actually be using 'and', regardless of locale.  Patch attached.
