 I've installed 3.4.1 (also with 3.4.0 I had the same problem).
 I've found this little bug only with one ISP (4 sites). With another ISP
 no problems.
 In /wp-admin under WordPress Blog
 Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to
 allocate 32450 bytes) in /home/mealdrin/public_html/wp-
 includes/functions.php on line 316

 The same problem on other 3 sites with the same ISP.
 Everthing seems to work good.
