 wp_explain_nonce() was nice to have when everything was being converted
 over to nonces back in the 2.0.x days. However it is no longer necessary,
 is woefully outdated, and translators dislike the large chunk of strings.
 At this point it is safe to remove it in favor of generic strings in
 wp_nonce_ays().
