 Thanks for the reference.  If I can help with this ''in any way'' I will
 contribute, just ask for my help. I'd be willing to contribute a lot of my
 time to improve the admin menu system.

 ALSO, on topic, my vote would be to out ''Pages'' as the first item in the
 menu because it's the post type thing that applies to everyone; who
 doesn't have at least a few pages on their site?  JMTCW.
