 Same problem for me: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/cestina-pro-
 wordpress/stats/

 Pie chart "Active versions" shows number 100 (100 %) for 0.1 even if there
 is a new version 0.2 which was downloaded many times. I also do not
 understand number 100 when there are more than 400 downloads?
