 Since upgrading to 3.4, when I try to edit a menu that is not the first
 one to appear on the screen (i.e., I click on the tab of the menu I want
 to edit), I am presented with a 404 error. Tried saving permalinks, but no
 good.

 URL trying to reach to edit menu is http://www.doitwithwp.com/wp-admin
 /nav-menus.php?action=edit&menu=379
