 I don't think we can remove the styles from the main stylesheet for the
 dialog - a bundled jQuery UI stylesheet would be registered but not
 enqueued, so styles that are needed for Core functionality likely need to
 stay where they are. Additionally, they are made to match the TinyMCE
 dialog style. I'd personally love to also see some changes to the TinyMCE
 dialog style, actually, so not saying that that style is necessarily the
 one to follow.

 I'm thinking that they should match the look of the tabs in, say, the

 for "large" or some such for the type you find on the themes screens and
