 To be clear, this applies to the comment list for a particular post.

 Related: #15609

 [attachment:21010.patch] should also work for RTL and support custom post
 type labels, like the link in the "In Response To" column.
 [attachment:21010.after.png] shows the result.

 That's the common behaviour throughout the admin.
