 Perhaps we could merge it so the 'author defined content' was in one
 section:

 Blog
 Pages
 CPTs
 Media
 Comments

 And then the poor stepchild, Links, could get tossed down under appearance
 until it goes away? There's no good spot for it anymore, and since you can
 put menus in widgets, it's become even more dead-weight. it's just the
 moving that becomes the hassle...
