 The chances of accidentally hitting a link in the title of the widget is
 too great, given that those bars are currently dragged and dropped across
 the available widgets area, inactive widgets area, and all registered
 sidebars; and that the title of the widget is already trying to show the
 title of the widget, which are not always short strings.

 Having a specific, clear flow to removing a widget -- you have to expand
 it, then you have to click a link -- is much less prone to error and bad
 clicks.
