New description:

 - Open Twenty Eleven with the Customizer
  - Open Colors section
  - Open the Header Text Color item
  - (The input field just displays `Hex Value`, maybe it should show the
 real hex value)
  - Type a hex color into the field, for example `#fff` or `fff` or
 `#ffffff`
  - Nothing happens

 If it should not be possible to enter a custom value we should set the
 disable attribute. If it should work, then we should get it working.
