 PHPMailer is now part of Apache Extras. According to
 [http://phpmailer.worxware.com/ the old link] project details and
 downloads have [http://code.google.com/a/apache-extras.org/p/phpmailer/
 moved to Apache Extras] under its official and authorized reboot.

 PHPMailer credit link could be changed to the Apache Extras URL.
