 20805-5.patch:

 - iOS: in the uploader show the same error/fallback message as in the
 media library uploader ('The web browser on your device cannot be used to
 upload files...).
 - Remove changes to div.upload-dropzone (no need to change translatable
 strings there).
 - Better switching off drag-drop on mobile devices.
