Comment:

 We just did this in 3.3: `<h4 style="direction:ltr">is_main_query()</h4>`

 We can't do that so easily with the use of "API" there.

 Perhaps we can just "unstyle" <code> inside an <h4>. We're mostly worried
 about the semantic value as well as RTL.
