Comment:

 Available/Installed is tricky b/c of the page layout and the separation of
 search onto another screen. Since themes can be installed right from the
 dashboard, technically ALL themes in the directory are "available" to the
 user, vs having been installed (a word people constantly confuse with
 activated, so that's no good either). The terminology could be improved,
 but I don't think Installed is much of an improvement here.
