 No, not the wrong way. It's inconsistent. If the preview is wide enough to
 require horizontal scrolling, i.e. the theme is not "responsive", the
 vertical scrolling works too. However if the preview is for a responsive
 theme like Twenty Eleven, the theme switches to supporting the device so
 no horizontal scrolling is needed and vertical scrolling doesn't work.
 Same thing happens when the device is in landscape mode.
