 To update: uploads aren't working for any-size file. It allows me to
 select the file, then nothing happens. This is with the dragdrop uploader
 (which I shouldn't see). But the fallback browser uploader won't show up
 when I try to force-disable dragdrop. When I force-display the fallback
 uploader, I can't click it — it just wants to keep clicking the whole
 control. So I'm not sure if it's plupload, or what.
