Comment:

 Patch is from trunk latest.

 Splits the string inside the help tab (containing the {{{<strong>}}} tags
 inside the string) into two strings and moves the tags outside the
 translation function, as {{{__('Description');}}} is already in use. Adds
 the {{{;}}} to the overview screen.
