 Just encountered the same problem.

 Gallery of 399 pics, only the first 125 get added to
 `$_POST['attachments']`. Menu order of the first 101 pics are accurate,
 after that pics have the same menu order numbers, from 102 - 125.

 Now I'm wondering why only the first 125 pics get added to `$_POST`....
