Comment:

 This doesn't help, as a factory should consistently produce the desired
 result. In this case, we're not successfully inserting a term, so that's a
 problem. Per the error ryan got, we were trying to insert a term into a
 sub-blog that didn't have tables created.

 Would be good to know which test this occurred in, if it can be
 reproduced.
