 Nope.  It was simply a proposal (I've changed the title of this ticket to
 adjust accordingly).  Ultimately, we should pick the solution that's best
 for users.  In the end, I'd like to run some users through both miniColor
 and the new WP.com colors feature, and see which one performs best.
