 Leaving aside the question of how to handle random headers, I'm seeing a
 couple of issues with storing the height -

 1. We need to redraw the preview panel in step 3 if a new image has been
 uploaded. Right now, preview is keeping the height from the previous and
 stretching/shrinking, and then refreshing to the correct size after
 confirming.
 1. The "Restore Original Header Image" button doesn't reset to the
 original header's height.
