 For readability yet again whole the text

 - Method now only can be used for new posts
 - Terms now can be added with id or name. Name only works for non-
 hierarchical taxonomies to avoid confusion where there may be another
 child with the same name.
 - When a term doesn't exists it will get added.
 - There is now a hard check if the terms array have integers. Not sure why
 it is needed since xmlrpc already says the value is an integer
