Comment:

 I too am developing a site that consist of 200 categories, and the
 customer wants all 200 in a menu. It is a Real Estate site and has a
 category for all cities they serve, and for each city they have real
 estate, vacation rentals, annual rentals, and land for sale.

 Tonight, I am hitting this issue, and can not even delete menu items or
 add.
