 With a large number of users browsing the internet using their mobile
 devices, I think WordPress should begin to have built-in support for
 mobile themes, so we don't have to use an external plugin for this.

 What I had in mind was to for admins to be able to set one theme for
 mobile, and one theme for desktop. For those who don't want to use a
 mobile theme, they should set the same theme for both.
