 I intended for all of the functions in my patch to accept `( $from, $to )`
 but just now realized that the `func_get_arg()` code won't pass through
 the wrapper functions. That was an oversight on my part and I agree
 totally. Being forced to construct an array is annoying and was not my
 intention (it was supposed to be optional).
