 As part of the CSS shakeup, we lost a few table styling items for the
 installer.

 See attached screenshot of 3.2 and 3.3 side by side, the latter looks a
 lot less polished IMO, The Bold black row labels stand out particularly.

 The database credentials screen in setup-config.php could also do with the
 same table styles.
