 I don't know that we need to add this to the menu system. The toolbar
 covers it unless the site owner has turned off toolbar on front end (but
 if they have, then they probably aren't thinking they want a Logout link
 on their site for everyone to see, either?). I think it would be really
 weird to have a persistent menu Log out link that everyone saw. recommend
 closing wontfix but would like 2nd opinion.
