 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Add a HTML5 nav element in the post edit box in 'HTML' mode
 2. Click the 'Visual' tab
 3. Click back to the 'HTML' tab
 4. TinyMCE creates a   in the post edit box.

 With each switch, a new   is added to the post edit box.
