 Hadn't thought of it when I originally opened the ticket, and was just
 going off of Nacin's specs above. Easy to code (just spits out
 `wp_dropdown_categories()`), and I assume you'd use it for the same reason
 you'd use a dropdown vs. radio buttons anyplace else (sequential stuff
 like year of birth, state, etc.)?
